I have been a client of Kevin Crouse Audio Design for 4 years. They upgraded and improved a previously installed a TV and sound system from another company to accommodate my multi room needs, including patio area. Love it! He also provided me with a universal remote that operates all components and is incredibly simple to use. Most recently, I replaced an aging receiver from Kevin which is more fully compatible with my 4k TV. He and his team are professional, extremely knowledgeable and work carefully. Kevin puts a great deal of importance on customer service and I have yet to wait more than 4 hours for a response to voicemail. I highly recommend him!
